Terms and Conditions

Effective October 1, 2026

These terms apply when you use RotoPools, operated by Eureka Logic LLC ("RotoPools", "we", "us"), at rotopools.com and app.rotopools.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

RotoPools lets groups of friends run draft pools: a commissioner sets up a league, members draft from their phones, and standings update through the season. The service is provided for entertainment.

Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use RotoPools.
  • Your mobile phone number is your login. You sign in with a one-time code sent to that number, so keep it current and do not let others use your codes.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Text message terms

  • What we send. One-time login codes, sent only when you request one by entering your phone number on the login page. We do not send marketing texts.
  • Frequency. One message per login code request. How often depends on how often you sign in.
  • Cost. RotoPools does not charge for texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
  • Opting out. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts. You will not be able to receive login codes until you opt back in.
  • Help. Reply HELP, or email support@eurekalogic.com.
  • Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Commissioners

If you run a league, you are responsible for how it is run and for the people you add to it. Only add someone's name, phone number, or email if you have their permission to do so.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use RotoPools for anything unlawful.
  • Do not try to access accounts or leagues that are not yours.
  • Do not disrupt the service, probe it for weaknesses, or scrape it.
  • Do not post content that is abusive or infringes someone else's rights.

No money handling

RotoPools does not collect, hold, or pay out money, and it is not a gambling service. Any arrangement among the members of a league is solely between those members, who are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them.

Statistics and third parties

Scores and player statistics come from third-party sources and may be delayed, incomplete, or corrected later. RotoPools is not affiliated with or endorsed by any professional sports league, team, or players' association. Team and player names are used only to identify them.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RotoPools is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
